Life as a wedding photographer has come full circle for me when I captured Kate & Jake’s Kansas City Wedding at the Grand Hall of Kansas City. Weddings like these truly make me so grateful for this amazing career that I have as a wedding photographer.
Kate & Jake are the type of people that will instantly make you feel like you are the most amazing person in the room. They are so welcoming and warm. Their wedding day was full of joy and fun, in celebration of their beautiful marriage. Full of their best friends and family members, it was an amazing wedding day that started with portraits at the Grand Hall in Kansas City. They got married at the Redemptorist Catholic Church. What makes this wedding special is that I photographed Kate’s brother, Jack, a few years ago. I’ll also be photographing her other brother, Chris, for his wedding this December! To say this family is amazing is an understatement.Â
After they got beautifully married at the church, we headed to the classic Nelson Atkins Museum for some gorgeous bridal party & newlywed portraits. The reception was beautifully lit with candles and white lush flowers for a classic elegant look. Everything about this wedding and this couple was amazing!

Thanks to this amazing Kansas City Vendor team for putting everything together so beautifully!
